What locations and areas do you serve?

We routinely travel around the far east side of Madison (Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, Windsor, Deforest). If you’re outside of these areas, don’t hesitate to reach out! We’d love to chat.

Will you see my guinea pig?

No, they’re cute, however we exclusively treat dogs and cats.

Can my pet be seen in my home for routine care?

We prefer to practice routine care on the mobile clinic for easy access to all necessary equipment; however, we would be glad to discuss preferences for the appointment setting and accommodate as we are able to ensure comfort for you and your pet.

How do I get my pet from my house into the mobile clinic when you arrive?

We require all dogs and cats to be leashed securely to a well-fitting collar or harness, or in a secure, operational pet carrier until they are within the confines of the mobile clinic.

What is your travel fee?

We charge a fee of $50 per appointment to cover costs related to the depreciation of our mobile clinic, gas, insurance and travel time. There is no additional travel fee for multi-pet households who are sharing an appointment day/time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We will place a valid card on file upon scheduling. Payment is expected at the time of service. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Care Credit due to their policy’s exclusion of mobile services.

What if we need care that you don’t offer?

We are happy to provide referrals and recommendations based on your needs and desires and/or for care that falls outside of our scope of practice. We value veterinary services in our community and are glad to point you in a healthy direction.
